Sanding
This part of the project was the hardest job.
Allison wanted to make the planks smooth as silk.
So, she started to sand the planks. It took her 10-15 minutes per board.
This step took her a lot of time and a lot of work, but it was so worth it to put in the extra effort here.
She had to make sure she also beveled the edges of the planks with the sander to take down the harsh/splintery cut edges.
