First step
Firstly Chris cut 5 lengths for the base of the pentagon 170 mm long.
Then another 5 uprights to fit in custom made jig 190mm long.
He put all them on the jig and tack welded all the intersections together.
At last he cut another 5 at 360mm long, then cut half way through at the halfway mark and bend to suit form.
