Preparing the planks
The planks had to be cut off to the size of the room as the picture above shows.
When using the ‘faux’ planks ripped from plywood sheets she chose to get them from the local Home Depot or Lowe’s.
After measuring the room Leslie collected her planks over a week, by dropping into two different Home Depot stores.
The rest of the cuts were pretty irregular which wouldn’t have been that noticable if she had laid them horizontally.
So, she had to make a choice.
