Next,
cut your shirt/fabric into strips of rectangular or square shape and about 2-3 inches width. Don’t worry for perfect cuts, as it won’t be visible when arranged.
Then, place the wreath form onto a flat surface, lay a piece of fabric on top and, using a pointy object, press down the fabric into the foam to about a depth of ¼ inch.
This will create a nice little design, resembling a blossom.
Continue using that technique until you have covered the whole foam form.
