You will need:
- Metal wreath frame
- 3 rolls of burlap (in different colors)
- Floral wire
- Some fake fall flowers
- Scissors
- Scarecrow on a stick (about 12″ tall)
Start by cutting your burlap into 5″ pieces – use all of the rolls so that you can cover the whole wreath. Taking one piece of each color, roll them, then use flower wire to attach them and hold them together.
