Photo/Quote Stand from Upcycled Candle Holder

Set your dowel down into the candle holder. Fine a way to balance it while it dries. Mine stood fairly straight though I had to keep checking it and balancing it now and then to make sure it dried perfectly straight.

You need one good old regular 2″ bobby pin.

You’re going to clip off part of it using wire cutters.

Clip it off as shown.

Use a small amount of glue.

Glue it to your dowel as shown. Once its dried paint it gold to match being careful not to let the paint seep beneath it or it will seal it shut.
