How to Make Self Supporting Shelves?

With everything marked and ready to go it’s time to build the support structure. Using 45 degree angles for maximum strength I mark out and fix all these timbers and get it ready to be lifted up into place. Full detail in video at end.

With everything fixed while on the bench it makes the final assembly so much more practical. Full detail in video at end.

Standing up the frame and temporarily held in place it’s now time to fix it all off with more bugle batten screws. Full detail in video at end.
