First step is to sandpaper lightly
so that the paint can adhere better. Taking an empty container, mix the black chalk paint with a bit of Pixie Dust Liquid Mineral Additive and stir. Start applying the paint to the chair to a total of 3 layers, letting it dry in between each layer.
