If some of them come with a stem
don’t cut or drill through it, instead place that pumpkin at the bottom, cut a hole on the bottom of the upper pumpkin and place the stem of the former in that hole for more stability.
Once you are done with that, simply stack the pumpkins in the tomato stake.
