you can start adding the decorations. You can experiment with different shapes, bows and balls. Glitter balls are very easy to make using Styrofoam – just cover them in Mod Podge and sprinkle them with glitter. Now is the moment to also add the Jack faces you made earlier, hot gluing them to the garland.
