Your environment is as important as you are, so let’s find a way to incorporate more of what is specific to your taste and preference and less of everything else. We often find that store-purchased products are lookalikes to each other and we want to build something unique. Hence, the power of a DIY creation – it has all the best colors, features, textures and it cannot be repeated, even when it’s produced in the exact same way for a second time.
We share little shots of gratitude, awe, and inspiration in this category! There is so much you can do that is cheap, effective and adventurous. Most of the ideas we share are easily achievable on a budget, make us of things you already have lying around in cabinets and drawers. Grab your brushes, scissors, the old buttons from that winter coat and a cup of coffee – we have a lot to share!

Here’s a trick to organizing that’s as
simple as it gets. Don’t throw away those coffee creamer containers! They make GREAT pantry storage containers.
Those awesome Coffee Creamers come in such great reusable containers. Love those great flip-up-ready-to-pour tops!
I just moved. Let me back track a little.
I just moved into a house that was not the house I was supposed to move into. Originally, on the day I was to settle on the sale of my home, I was also supposed to settle on the purchase of my neighbor’s house. I had spent the better part of a month measuring, planning, and falling in love with the house. A week before settlement, I had to walk away due to the discovery of excessive mold and plumbing issues! Now I was going to be without a home for an undetermined amount of time. Lo and behold (God is good), the following week I stumbled across my current home and was only displaced for the month it took to get everything settled.
Two things, many of us have nosy neighbors…..
and have need for a patio space that is functional! Well, that was the case for me. So I planned out a design and created a modern outdoor space that addressed both problems! Check it out…
