I started tying the strips onto the wire wreath form.
1 Sheet of each of the nine colors I used filled 2 3/4 sections of the form.
Complete filling in the wreath form. Hot glue a party hat and curly ribbon bows coming from underneath the hat and you are ready to hang and CELEBRATE!
