Step 3: If you needed to use two pieces of foam board to cover your entire window. Tape the two pieces of foam board together.

Step 4: Fold coffee filter in half and then another half to create a triangle. Hot glue coffee filter to your foam board, continue gluing the coffee filters until the entire board is covered.

Attach your foam board to the curtain rod using command strips

It’s that easy! Even someone who does not consider himself creative could make this in an hour. This DIY window valance is great for your kids’ room as it has a cute and magical vibe to it!
