This is after 3 coats of paint.
They look clear when the paint is wet.
I cut the rhinestone mesh bling into a strip of 2 rhinestones wide for the rim of the goblets. A single wide strip for the stems, and 5 squares of 3 rhinestones wide by 3 rhinestones long. I used hot glue to add the 2 wide strips to the rim of the goblets.
