Start working
In the beginning of this project Alicia Winey cut six of her pool noodles in half lengthwise.
She measured from one end 5″ and made a mark around the entire circumference of the cement form.
On the opposite end, the lady measured down 3″ and made a mark around the circumference of the cement form.
Then she laid one cut pool noodle on the form, curving it around.
After that she drew a line along the edge of the pool noodle for giving a start point to applying the noodles to the cement form.
